25. Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the right of withdrawal

Once you have received your order, you may withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product has not been used, is in its original packaging or one that ensures the product will not be damaged, and includes the corresponding manuals, as well as all original accessories or promotional gifts if applicable, within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Please note that by exercising your right of withdrawal, a refund will be issued for the amount paid for the product(s), including the purchase amount and, if applicable, the cost of delivery using the least expensive standard delivery method. Likewise, if you choose to have the product collected from your address, the collection costs will be borne by the customer.

Items may not be returned under the right of withdrawal if their original packaging has been opened or is not intact, or if the product has been personalized for the customer. In this sense, the return of any products that show any signs of tampering with the box’s protective film or wrapping will not be accepted. If returned under such conditions, the value of the item will be depreciated.

For products that must be opened and used to determine whether they function properly, the Provider will require that the returned product is in perfect condition, and also includes all its components, packaging, and wrapping.

Furthermore, the following must be ensured:

a) It has not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been handled inappropriately or carelessly, and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions.
b) It has not been involved in any accident or damaged while attempting to repair or modify it.
c) It has not been used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
d) It has not deteriorated due to normal wear and tear after reception.

If the product does not meet the requirements stated above, we may, at our discretion, decide not to repair or replace the product or refund the amount paid. We may also request that you reimburse all transport and inspection costs according to current standard rates. To process this reimbursement, we may charge the mentioned costs to your credit or debit card account or use the payment data provided when placing the order.

In the case of a defective product, the Provider will proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, all of which will be free of charge for the consumer.

If you consider that the product delivered is not as stipulated in the Contract, has been damaged during shipping, or is incorrect, you must contact us immediately through our contact form, providing product and damage details, or by calling +34 678 857 931 during our customer service hours or as stated in the Customer Service section.

Once the return request is reviewed and necessary checks are made, we will confirm via email and proceed with collecting the product at the delivery location.

We will thoroughly examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable period whether a return or replacement is appropriate. The return or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date we confirm via email that the non-compliant item will be returned or replaced.

Amounts paid for products returned due to proven defects or faults will be fully refunded, including any delivery costs incurred in delivering the item. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Rights recognized by current legislation remain unaffected.
