SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

As a general rule, products will be available for pickup between 08:00 and 14:00, once you have received an email confirmation that your order is ready.
The estimated preparation and pickup time is specified on each product page and applies only if the selected material is in stock. If the material is not available, delivery time may be extended by up to an additional week, depending on supplier availability.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The products offered in our store are mostly made to order and may be customized or adapted to the customer's needs. Therefore, in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, returns and the right of withdrawal are not accepted once production has been confirmed.
Since collection is carried out in-store, the customer has the opportunity to inspect the product at the time of delivery, at which point the transaction is considered complete. Returns will not be accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects or a clear error attributable to CORDUCON XXI S.L.
