Turkish travertine comes in different varieties and is similar to the travertine from Tivoli near Rome (Italy) and the travertine from Iran. Turkey, as more and more people are discovering, has enormous resources and a great variety of natural stone, with deposits spread throughout this country of such a large geographical area.
