RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

DECLARATION

By submitting this form, the customer declares:

1. That they have been informed of the direct costs of returning the product under the terms set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
2. That they have been informed that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products excluded under the EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL clause.
3. That a copy of the purchase invoice for the product is attached to this withdrawal document.
4. That they have been informed that, in accordance with applicable regulations, the product must be returned without delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract.
5. That they exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the relevant product in perfect condition, in its original packaging or in packaging that ensures it will not be damaged, with all accessories and promotional gifts included with the purchase.

Furthermore, the customer accepts that, if their right of withdrawal is applicable, the full amount originally paid will be refunded, WITHOUT interest, to the account they have provided, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the Provider receives this document.
