A user or customer is defined as any internet user who acquires that status by registering on the website through a form, receiving a username and password, for the use and safekeeping of which they are fully responsible. The user is also responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the Provider.
3. Acceptance
By accepting these Conditions, the User declares:
- That they are a person with legal capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law.
- That they have read and accept these Conditions.
4. Availability
The User will always have access to the Conditions prior to initiating the product contracting process, and may store and/or reproduce them on a durable medium.
5. Validity and Duration
These Conditions and any specific contracting terms shall remain in force for as long as they are published on the aforementioned website, and shall apply from the moment the User accesses the site and/or proceeds to purchase any products.
6. Modifications
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting goods or promotions previously purchased by the User prior to the modification.
The User agrees to read the terms and conditions carefully each time they make a purchase, as they may have been modified since the last visit.
7. Severability
If any clause included in these Conditions is declared wholly or partially null or unenforceable, such nullity shall affect only that provision or the part thereof that is null or unenforceable, and the remaining Conditions shall continue in full force.
8. Subject Matter of the Contract
This contract governs the purchase and sale relationship between the Provider and the User that arises when the User accepts a purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms set out below.
The purchase and sale relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price publicly shown on the website, of one or more specific products.
Each product may be subject to specific regulation through its own particular contracting conditions, which will be detailed in the warranty, returns, and withdrawal sections, or in the product's technical sheet, given the different formats, packaging, or nature of the products sold.
9. User Registration
Users may register on the website by clicking the "User Icon" / "Register" button in the top right corner, or by clicking "Create an account" at the bottom of the main page. In both cases, the required mandatory data must be provided: name, surname, company (optional), tax ID, email address, password, and date of birth. Registering as a store user grants access to the website, the ability to purchase products, and receipt of newsletters with company and product information.
The user will select a username and password, agreeing to use them diligently and not share them with third parties. Any loss, theft, or unauthorized access must be reported to the Provider immediately, so that the account can be blocked. The user is fully responsible for their use and safekeeping, as well as for the accuracy of the personal data provided.
The user may not choose a username intended to mislead others into thinking they are a member of the Provider, nor use offensive, injurious, or otherwise unlawful expressions contrary to morality and good customs.
10. Geographic Scope
The website CORDUCON.COM operates and sells throughout Spanish territory (hereinafter "the Territory"). Products are distributed exclusively within the Territory. Use of this website and any purchases made on it are considered to take place in Spain and are therefore subject to current Spanish laws and regulations. The Provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the Territory.
The above is stated without prejudice to the possibility of offering these services in excluded areas in the future, in which case prior notice will be given on this website.
11. Product Information
The Provider pays great attention to product information through technical descriptions and illustrative photographs, within the limits of available technology and in accordance with market standards.
12. Taxes, Currency and Shipping
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
Prices include VAT and are expressed in Euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include any additional services annexed to the purchased product.
13. Language of the Contract
The contracting process and pre-contractual information are available in Spanish and English. These are the languages used to carry out the contracting process.
14. Steps in the Purchase / Contracting Process
14.1. Registration
To begin the product contracting process on CORDUCON.COM, users may proceed as a guest or by prior registration. To register, click the "User Icon" / "Register" button on the main page, or the "Create an account" button at the bottom of the portal's main page. In both cases, the required mandatory fields must be completed.
Once registered, the user may log in with their credentials to access the profile control panel, where they can manage all available functions such as customer details, address management, order history, credit invoices, and discount vouchers.
14.2. Purchase Process
The purchase process is easy and straightforward:
- Summary of products added to the shopping cart
- Option to order as a guest or as a registered user
- Confirmation of personal details
- "Click-and-Collect" delivery method
- Payment method selection
15. Product Availability
Products are not held in stock. We generally manufacture to order, according to each customer's requirements.
16. Product Types
The website offers a wide range of products derived from the manufacture of natural and engineered stone (sinks, countertops, shelves, etc.), organized into categories for easy browsing.
17. Maximum Order Amount
There is no maximum order amount.
18. How to Modify or Cancel an Order
You may modify an order at any time before completing the purchase by clicking the "Continue shopping" button in the shopping cart.
After placing an order, cancellation is possible with a right to a refund, provided the order has not been customized. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

19. Shipping Costs and Methods
Products are collected in-store, so in principle there are no shipping costs.
20. Delivery Time
Delivery time will vary depending on the complexity of the product required and the quantity of material requested. Once the order is ready for collection, the customer will be notified by email. Collection hours are 08:00 to 14:00.
21. Invoice
Invoices can be viewed and downloaded in the user's control panel. Invoices are also always sent by email.
22. Value Added Tax
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
23. Payment Methods
In general, the User may choose the following payment methods:
A) Credit/debit card, for which the following details will be required: full name, card number, CVV/CVC, and card expiry date.
Once all purchase information has been validated, the User will be prompted to select a payment method and enter their details.
If the payment platform reports a card decline, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer notified immediately. Payments with cards issued outside Spanish territory are not accepted.
B) PayPal. You may pay using PayPal. When selecting PayPal as the payment method, the billing address previously provided will be ignored, and the address registered with the PayPal account will be used for billing purposes.
CASH ON DELIVERY IS NOT ACCEPTED.
Your card details will not be stored in our database, as they are entered directly on the secure website of the chosen banking institution.
24. General Provisions on the Payment Process
- Submitting a payment order necessarily implies acceptance of these General Conditions as well as the specific terms of the order.
- For any payment method chosen by the User, all payments are subject to the terms and conditions applied by the relevant financial institutions or secure payment platforms (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
- Once payment is successfully completed, the User will receive a confirmation email certifying the essential conditions of the transaction.
At all times, Users will have access to their order information and corresponding invoices through the website.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders if there are indications of fraudulent activity, and will report such conduct to the competent authorities for fraud prevention purposes.
25. Returns of Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products or Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
Once your order has been delivered, you may withdraw from your purchase provided the product has not been used, is in its original packaging or packaging that ensures it will not be damaged, and includes all corresponding manuals, original accessories, or promotional gifts, if any, within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Products customized for the customer cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
In the case of a defective product, the Provider will, as appropriate, proceed with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, all of which shall be free of charge to the consumer.
As products are collected in-store, the customer has the opportunity to inspect the product at the time of collection, at which point the transaction is considered finalized. Returns are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defect or clear error attributable to CORDUCON XXI S.L.
26. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The provision of services, once fully performed, if the contract requires the consumer to pay and performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the provider.
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

28. Product Warranty
All items offered on our website carry the official warranty under the legally established terms, from the date of delivery or for the period legally required at any given time.
The warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, impact, misuse, or improper handling, nor materials worn through normal use.
The Provider reserves the right to request a technical assessment to verify the origin of the issue. If the defect is found to have been caused by factors other than a manufacturing fault, the repair will be chargeable. Where the warranty applies, the Provider will choose between repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with the legally established terms.

29. Provider's Rights
- To maintain, modify, or suspend the website without prior notice.
- To modify offer prices.
- To reject orders due to lack of stock or non-payment by the customer.
- To deny access to online tools to customers who breach these conditions.
- To receive payment for customer purchases once the transaction has been accepted.
- To retain ownership of the item until full payment has been received from the customer.
- To prohibit reproduction, transfer, or use of content published by the Provider without express company authorization.
- To correct human or technical errors.
30. Limitation of Liability
All information provided by the User to the Provider through the relevant forms must be accurate. It is the User's responsibility to keep their data updated. The Provider disclaims any liability for damages arising from the provision of false, insufficient, inaccurate, or incorrect information.
Accessing the website does not impose any obligation on the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, or currency of information submitted by the User.
The Provider shall not be liable where it is the responsibility of parents, guardians, or legal representatives of minors or incapacitated persons to authorize access, personal data submission, or the purchase of products and services through the website.
The Provider is not responsible for checking that the content accessed is free of viruses or harmful software affecting the User's computer equipment, nor for interruptions to electrical or telecommunications services that prevent users from accessing the services offered.
31. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly established herein. The Provider and the User agree to submit any dispute arising from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions to the courts and tribunals of the User's place of residence.
If the User is domiciled outside Spain, both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the courts and tribunals of the Provider's registered address.
32. Dispute Resolution and Alternative Methods
In accordance with consumer legislation in force in Spain and the European Union, we inform our customers that, in the event of a dispute, they may resort to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, which are impartial and out-of-court.
From 20 July 2025, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform will cease to operate. However, other alternative methods remain available:
